Our Story

It started when a friend who runs a gym in Kochi mentioned he spends 2 hours every single day calling members to remind them about overdue fees. He was losing customers to the awkwardness, and losing money to forgotten payments.

We looked at the existing solutions — they were either too expensive, too complex (requiring API keys and developer dashboards), or built for big enterprises. None of them fit a small Indian business that runs on WhatsApp and trust.

So we built RecurrPay. The simplest possible way to automate recurring payments using the two things every Indian SMB already uses every day: UPI and WhatsApp.
