Cancellation Policy

01.Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your RecurrPay subscription at any time from your Settings page. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no questions asked.
02.What Happens After Cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue using all paid features until then. After expiry, your account moves to read-only mode but your data remains intact.
03.Your Data is Safe
We retain your customer data, payment history, and settings for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate anytime within this period and pick up exactly where you left off. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
04.Need Help Cancelling?
If you cannot access your account or need assistance with cancellation, email us at support@recurrpay.in with your registered email address. We will process the cancellation within 1 business day.
