Refund Policy

01.7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with RecurrPay within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@recurrpay.in for a full refund. No questions asked.
02.Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account). Razorpay processing times may vary slightly.
03.What is NOT Refundable
Refunds are not provided after the 7-day window. WhatsApp messages already consumed during your billing period are non-refundable. Partial month refunds are not provided when downgrading mid-cycle — your new plan takes effect on the next billing cycle.
04.How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@recurrpay.in within 7 days of payment with your registered email address and a brief reason. We will process the refund within 1-2 business days of approval.
