01.The Service
RecurrPay provides automation tools for recurring payment reminders and collection via UPI and WhatsApp. We handle all payment processing and WhatsApp messaging — you don't need any technical accounts. All collected money goes directly to your UPI ID. We never hold or transfer your funds.
02.User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your business practices comply with local laws. You must have consent from your customers before sending them WhatsApp reminders. Misuse of the platform for spam or unsolicited messages will result in account termination.
03.Subscriptions & Billing
RecurrPay offers a free tier and paid monthly subscriptions. Paid plans include WhatsApp reminders, UPI payment links, and advanced features. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
04.Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, RecurrPay is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or delays in payment processing. We provide the platform as-is and make no guarantees about payment collection rates or delivery of WhatsApp messages.
